Description: “Follow me” is a theme throughout the Bible. God is our shepherd and we follow Him for protection. We can’t follow by adding or subtracting from His commands. The biggest certainty in the life of a believer is the judgment seat which happens after Christ descends from heaven with a shout and the voice of the archangel. We can comfort one another with these words. The purpose of the judgment seat is for our education. Jeremiah brought a message of doom and gloom. He bore unbearable afflictions yet he lived in hope and God’s word continued to burn in his heart.
